To begin your medical consultation, you will be guided by our AI medical assistant, who will conduct a short clinical interview.
Once the initial questioning is complete, you will have the choice of consultation format: remote consultation (teleconsultation) or an in-office visit.
Avoid long waits at the doctor
If you choose the teleconsultation option, you will receive your prescriptions or medical documents via secure email. At the medical practice, they will be handed to you in person.

How does the medical consultation work ?
The consultation takes place via video conference with a qualified and accredited doctor. Before the call, they will review the information you provided in your medical form. During the consultation, they will ask you questions, offer advice, and examine you remotely with the utmost professionalism. At the end of the teleconsultation, you will receive a diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
How will I receive my medical documents ?
Your medical documents will be sent to you electronically (email) as soon as possible. This will allow you to quickly initiate your treatment or your health procedures.
